Who is this coaching for?
Working professionals who want to communicate more clearly and confidently in real work situations — meetings, presentations, leadership moments. It’s a fit if you want structured, ongoing improvement rather than a quick tip or generic course.
How does coaching work?
Sessions run 45 minutes via Zoom, once or twice per week. Each session has a clear plan focused on the speaking situation you’re preparing for, with live practice, real-time feedback, and specific adjustments to apply between sessions.
How much do sessions cost?
$60 per 45-minute session. The first 20-minute Zoom consultation is free — no commitment required. We’ll discuss your goals and decide together if coaching is the right fit before any commitment.
When is Sonny available for sessions?
Standard availability is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM CDT. Sessions outside these hours may include an additional fee. Specific scheduling is arranged after the free consultation.
What will I learn through coaching?
How to organize your message, deliver it with stronger presence and pacing, and speak with composure when it matters most. Sessions focus on the situations you’re actually preparing for — not theory.
Is coaching one-time or ongoing?
Most clients work together ongoing — once or twice per week — because real improvement compounds with consistent practice and feedback. There’s no long-term contract; you continue session-by-session as long as it’s working for you.
