Who are the lessons for?

How much do lessons cost?

Corporate coaching begins at $125 per 45-minute session. Customized programs and group training are available. Contact me to discuss your organization’s needs.

How are the lessons taught?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, allowing for flexible scheduling and easy access from anywhere.

Do I need any special equipment?

You’ll just need a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access and a working microphone. A camera is recommended so we can work on presence, delivery, and nonverbal communication.

What will I learn in the lessons?

You’ll learn how to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and connect confidently with others in professional and business settings. Coaching focuses on practical skills you can apply immediately — whether you’re presenting, interviewing, leading a discussion, or speaking in professional conversations.

What are your business hours?

My standard availability is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (CST). Sessions outside of these hours may be available by request, depending on scheduling, and may include an additional fee.
